Booking - How to BookThere are two mehtods by which you may make booking arrangements with us :-
Telephone - Please ring during business hours (9.00 am - 5:30 pm) with your required dates. One of our friendly staff will advise on availability and take your details should we be able to offer you the dates you require. Our telephone number is 01946 67400
Internet - If your enquiry is outside of normal business hours please use our handy booking enquiry form below. We endevour to answer all internet booking enquiries within 24 hours.

Privacy: We will never share your details with other companies or 3rd parties. Details entered here are for the sole use of Tivoli Guest House in establishing room availability. Once you have booking confirmation your details will be removed from our computers, unless otherwise instructed by yourselves.
Booking - Terms & Conditions
Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. This will save time and avert any possible problems. By booking accomodation with us you are acknowledging that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms. If you have any queries in relation to these terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact us.
A £20.00 deposit per room is required to secure a booking.
Deposits must be received within 14 days of reservation of rooms.
Bookings and receipt of deposit (or payment in full) will be confirmed via email or post.
Rooms cannot be guaranteed without the receipt of a deposit.
Deposits are non refundable on cancellation unless cancelled by the management.
Rooms are to be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure,
Rooms still occupied after 11.00am will be charged an additional days tariff.
Night shift workers can make alternative departure times by prior arrangement.
Keys are to be handed in promptly on your departure.
Failure to return keys (lost or otherwise) will incur a replacement charge.
Children may accompany adults by arrangement at the time of booking.
All damages must be paid for in full before departure.
Strictly no pets or animals.
Etiquette - What we expect from you
All guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and are respectfully asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. Guests are also asked to be aware that all doors are self closing and not to let the door slam shut - there may be night shift workers trying to sleep by day or people who have to get up early for work in the morning and therefore may retire in the early evening.
Whilst we take every possible care for your security (lockable bedrooms) and provision of a safe environment, the management cannot except liability for loss or theft of personal belongings nor personal injury.
